These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the physical artwork marketplace services (“Marketplace”) operated by Danel Gold (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Marketplace.

“Artwork” refers to any physical art piece, including but not limited to paintings, sculptures, photographs, prints, mixed media works, and installations offered through the Marketplace.

“Artist” refers to any individual or entity that creates and offers Artwork for sale through the Marketplace.

“Buyer” refers to any individual or entity that purchases Artwork through the Marketplace.

“User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Marketplace, including Artists, Buyers, and visitors.

“Commission” refers to the fee charged by the Company for facilitating transactions between Artists and Buyers.

“Exhibition Space” refers to the physical location(s) where Artwork is displayed for viewing and/or sale.
